Antoine Rousseaux joined NS Partners Europe in 2023 and is the Head of Compliance since 2024.
Prior to joining the NS Partners, he worked at Kroll (Luxembourg) Management Company as Compliance Officer and at Kroll Advisory Luxembourg as Senior Vice President.
Antoine holds a Master degree in Finance, specialized in Capital Markets from INSEEC Grande Ecole Paris.
Frédéric de Poix joined NS Partners in 2013. He now heads the wealth management business line.
After starting his career in 1985 as a coffee trader at Sucres et Denrées and as a regional manager at Finagrain, a subsidiary of the Continental Grain Company, he worked in private wealth management at Morgan Stanley and Hyposwiss for 15 years.
Frédéric is a graduate of the Bachelor of Business Administration program of EPSCI/ESSEC GROUP (France).
Cédric Dingens joined NS Partners (formerly Notz Stucki) in 2002 and heads the Investment Solutions & Institutional Clients department. He also oversees the Alternative Investments activity and is a member of the Portfolio Management & Hedge Fund Selection team and of the Asset Allocation Committee.
Cédric started his career in Banque du Luxembourg (BIL) in 2001. In 2002, he joined NS Partners in Luxembourg as a portfolio manager. He has developed the internal quantitative risk management framework before being appointed Head of risk management in Geneva in 2010, and then being promoted to his current position in 2016.
He holds a degree in quantitative finance from Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Mines in Nancy (France) and is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA).
Antonio Mira joined NS Partners in 2006 as Group Chief Financial Officer. He heads the corporate functions and is involved in coordinating and implementing the decisions of the Executive Committee.
An experienced bank auditor, Antonio started his career in 1995 with Arthur Andersen, where he worked for some 7 years before joining Ernst & Young in 2002 as a Senior Manager.
Antonio is a Swiss chartered accountant and a Business graduate of Lausanne University (HEC).
Grégoire Notz joined NS Partners in 1997, the Board of the NS Partners Group in 2008, the Executive Committe in 2017 and now also heads the Strategy and Development department.
Before joining the company, he held various positions at Permal Asset Management in New York, SBC Warburg in Zurich and Banco Santander in New York. He also founded Arowana Asset Management, Pterois SA, and sits on the Board of Notz (Metall) Holding.
Grégoire holds a BS with a double Major in Finance and in MIS from Northeastern University in Boston (USA) and is a graduate of Harvard Business School OPM in Boston (USA).
Angel Sanz joined NS Partners in 2012. He is Chief Investment Officer and heads the Asset Management division. As such, he leads the Group’s Asset Allocation department and oversees the Long Only Investments and Alternative Investments teams. He is also a member of the Asset Allocation Committee.
Angel has over 25 years of investment experience. Prior to joining the firm, he held three CIO positions at Bankia, BBVA Asset Management and M&B Capital. Before starting his financial career in 1991, he worked for 4 years as a software engineer at AT&T Bell Labs (USA).
Angel holds an MBA from Lehigh University (USA) and a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Valladolid (Spain), for which he received a national academic-achievement award.
Christophe Verbaere joined NS Partners in 2021 as Group Chief Operating Officer, in charge of technology and operations.
He started his career in 1994 with the French Space Agency as a rocket scientist for European Ariane space launchers family and moved to Switzerland in 1998 to start an IT career applied to finance going through different roles for major Geneva based Private Banks and Asset Managers. With a passion for data and digital, he added Portfolio Management, Risk management, Quantitative analysis and Data science education to his background in order to better help organizations in their Front to Back digitalization strategy.
He is graduate of an Aeronautics and Astronautics engineer diploma from ESTACA (Paris), a Risk Management and Quantitative analysis diploma from HEC (Geneva), a Financial Market and Portfolio Management certificate from ISFB (Geneva) and followed a Data Science certificate from ENSAI (Paris).
Nicolas Killen joined the Group’s Board of Directors in 2019. He advises individuals and legal entities, including banks, asset managers, investment funds and industrial companies.
Nicolas Killen focuses his practice on commercial law, notably company law (setting up, structuring, and shareholders' agreements), contract law, as well as on banking and finance law. Nicolas Killen focuses equally on mergers and acquisitions. He also advises on national and international tax matters.
Nicolas Killen serves on the board of directors of a number of banks and financial and commercial companies. He also serves on the board of several foundations.
